KYZYL DOUBLE or QUITS (Sam to his friends) combines the best of Russian and British Sporthorse breeding. His temperament is exceptional, and he is trained and evented by his 70-year-old breeder/owner.

Winner on his first outing, he has won and been placed in dressage, showjumping, arena eventing and eventer challenge. He is bold and naturally fast across country, with a huge stride and an extravagant jump. He has very correct conformation, with excellent feet and straight movement. His bloodlines are full of courage, soundness and stamina. His fertility is excellent, both fresh (regular 80% - 90% motility) and frozen.

Sam’s sire WELTON DOUBLE CRACKER is an international event horse. His grandsire DOUBLE TRIGGER was one of the outstanding long-distance racehorses of recent decades, winning two Ascot Gold Cups and over £500,000 prize money. His grand-dam Baby Welton was an Advanced event horse by the immortal WELTON CRACKERJACK.

Sam’s dam GULARA, an elite-graded mare from Russia’s leading Stavropol Stud, never competed due to a head injury at two years. Her sire GAIGYSIS is the best Akhal-Teke stallion of his generation, and the most prolific sire ever of Akhal-Teke breed champions (sire and grandsire of four Russian champions and eight world champions).

The line of Welton Sporthorses has a history of sixty years, producing many Badminton and other 4* eventers including a European Champion, as well as Grand Prix dressage horses.

The Akhal-Teke – agile, athletic, tough, and supremely responsive to the sympathetic rider – is the world’s most versatile sporthorse, having set Olympic Dressage and USSR Showjumping Puissance records. Don Weltraum is a very exciting up and coming young stallion available in the UK.

Domino has been lightly competed, and is already showing his quality, with scores of 76+% in his International 5yo qualifiers in 2023, and placings at very competitive premier leagues, with much more to come. He shows incredible lateral suppleness, with wonderful half passes beginning to show, and is now developing his strength behind and becoming a very exciting prospect for the future. He has an incredible temperament to go alongside his talent, which is his highlight. He is now training on alongside his stud career this season, and proving that his talent is only growing as the work gets harder. He has an excellent walk, gaining scores of 8.5 at the premier leagues and an excellent canter with scores up to 8.0 so far. His trot has a huge amount of power and is developing further everyday with an excellent amount of front leg action, shoulder freedom but with the Weltmeyer hindleg to back it up.

He is traffic proof, lives on a busy glamping site, turned out next to mares and foals, is the same after covering, and great with all animals and children. He has been chased by dogs before and didn't even flinch. Whilst being laid back and chilled, he is still an absolute performer under saddle and showing he has the brain for the top.

Sire - Don Dante is a fabulous son of Dancier, known for passing on excellent temperaments, rideability along with looseness and elasticity in the paces. His dam, Sabrina, a daughter of the fantastic Salvano, another Grand Prix producer through and through. Don Dante successfully competed at Grand Prix and International Small Tour with great success!

Dam - Windermere is a daughter of the legendary Weltmeyer, and she is out of the wonderful producer, Hawtins foundation mare Hawtins Brentina, by Brentano. Windermere is full sister to International GP horse, Wurlizer under Alice Oppenheimer, and maternal sister to the dam of highly decorated international small tour horse and WBYCH finalist, Hawtins Lirica. The damline of Brentina goes back to share the damline with producing stallion, Keystone Rhondeo. Windermere has herself produced successful offspring, with the oldest competing well at Advanced Medium, and one having won a championship title.

Domino has already had a successful first season at stud with 80% motility each time he has collected and his first crop on the ground are exceptional, they are uphill, well put together, with great engines and lots of leg movement.

Greylands Billy the Kid Class 1 Irish Draught Stallion available AI (fresh/chilled)

Billy stands at 15.3hh and is a fantastic example of the breed with excellent conformation and strong Irish draught attributes. He has amazing presence, athletic ability and a trainable temperament.

Billy has been out competing BS this year including stay-away shows with clears and placings. He travels with mares and geldings and behaves impeccably in busy warm-ups proving to be a gentleman at all times. He's an outstanding mover and is light on his feet with three super paces. He shows bags of ability and a great attitude for a successful career in both dressage and showjumping and will be aiming towards his IDHS merits in both after the covering season.

Billy would suit a variety of mares and is producing quality offspring, passing on his super temperament and conformation.

Billy is sired by Class 1 ID stallion Greylands Hornpipe, who's a grandson of Timahoe Heather. His rare sireline goes back to Woodranger RID 24. His dam is a Select Hornby Premium mare, Heathercombe Moonlight Magic, who's by Hillviewfarm Milligan.
